Customised Consulting
The two plants are exemplary for sustainable recycling management and intelligent resource utilisation. They lead to annual CO2 savings of over 200,000 tonnes, equivalent to taking 42,500 cars off the streets of Singapore. Furthermore, integrating both plants saves up to 2.6 hectares of land – about four football pitches – compared to constructing the two individual plants. The eight PERIPRO® hose pumps from the global specialist in handling complex media make a crucial contribution to the project's success.
Strong pumps for strong projects: The key to success
The size 10/66 industrial hose pumps, with a maximum flow rate of 39 m³/h at a maximum pressure of 10 bar, are used where other pumps reach their limits. Their innovative design and long service life significantly contribute to efficient and reliable plant availability, which is crucial in such large-scale plants' continuous, 24/7 operation. In the future, the water treatment plant will treat up to 800,000 m³ of water per day and generate more than 20 megawatts of electricity.
