You can send your pumps and systems for maintenance or servicing and media samples for testing purposes to one of our locations anytime and without complications. To protect our employees and the environment from harmful exposure when handling hazardous substances, we have defined a process for sending pumps, systems, and media samples. For this reason, we ask you to fill out the form completely before sending us your products.

Step 1: Registration of the shipment in the NETZSCH service
- What should be returned (machine, parts, accessories, etc.)?
- What is the reason (description of the error pattern)?
- Observance of the safety data sheet
- Filling out the delivery request
Step 2: Evaluation of the dispatch enquiry by NETZSCH
Verification of the delivery request by the NETZSCH service team:
- If the verification is positive, the RMA number will be sent to you with return instructions
- In other cases, an individual assessment of the situation will be made (e.g. planning an on-site service visit)

Step 3: Returning the pumps and systems to NETZSCH
Send the machine to NETZSCH service in Waldkraiburg for troubleshooting. Our experts will then take a look at your pumps.
Step 4: NETZSCH service contacts you and finds the right solution
Once the goods have been received and inspected by the NETZSCH service team, we will contact you. We aim to find the best solution for you regarding cost effectiveness and sustainability.
